Terms of Service

1. Booking & Reservation

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment as specified at the time of reservation.

2. Pricing & Payments

• Base fares are calculated based on kilometers travelled or as a fixed package.
• Toll taxes, state taxes, parking charges, and driver allowances are extra unless specified.
• GST (5%) is applicable on all bookings.
• Final payment must be cleared at the end of the trip.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the trip are eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip may incur a 100% cancellation fee of the advance payment.

4. Customer Conduct

Customers are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the customer will be charged extra. Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Varanasi On Wheels is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings. While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or technical issues beyond our control.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
