For day trips and airport pickups: no deposit, pay at the end of the trip. For multi-day outstation tours, weddings, and bus rentals: a 20–30% advance is collected to lock the vehicle. UPI, bank transfer, cash, and credit cards are all accepted.

Per-km for outstation (250 km/day minimum), fixed-rate for airport transfers, and 4-hour or 8-hour packages for local sightseeing. Driver allowance (₹350–₹500/day), tolls, parking, and 5% GST are billed separately. All quotes are in writing — no surge pricing, no last-minute fare changes.

Outstation per-km rates and airport fixed rates do NOT change. During Dev Deepawali, Mahashivratri, Ram Navami, and the Sawan month, reserved boats and hotels may be at premium rates — but our cab fare itself stays constant. Pre-book 6–8 weeks ahead for peak festival dates.

Cancel 24+ hours before pickup: full refund. 12–24 hours before: 50% refund. Less than 12 hours: no refund (the vehicle has already been allocated). For multi-day trips, the advance covers the first day if cancelled within 48 hours. Refunds are processed in 3–5 business days.

Yes — every vehicle in our fleet is fully air-conditioned. AC operation is included in the base fare with no extra charge, even during 40°C+ Varanasi summers.

1–4 pax: Swift Dzire (economy) or Innova Crysta (premium). 5–6 pax: Innova Crysta or Ertiga. 7–12 pax: 12-seater Tempo Traveller. 12–17 pax: 17-seater Tempo or Force Urbania. 17–26 pax: 26-seater Tempo. 30+ pax: 40/45/49-seater luxury bus. For VIP travel: Maharaja Urbania or Maharaja Tempo Traveller.

All Tempo Travellers and the Maharaja series have pushback (reclining) seats, charging points, AC, music system, and curtains. The Maharaja Urbania has captain seats with armrests, cabin lights, and a small refreshment area.

Yes — we offer baraat decoration (flowers, lights, traditional draping) on Innova, Maharaja Urbania, and luxury buses. Add-on cost ranges ₹3,500–₹12,500 depending on the decoration style. Multi-vehicle wedding fleets are coordinated end-to-end.

Yes — the 3-day Varanasi → Prayagraj → Ayodhya → Varanasi loop covers all the major Ramayana sites and is among our most-booked itineraries. Pricing starts at ₹19,500 in a 12-seater tempo traveller for the full 3-day loop.

We coordinate with pre-vetted Pandas at Vishnupad Temple for the full Vishnupad+Phalgu+Akshayavat ritual sequence. Panda dakshina (₹2,500–₹11,000) is paid separately. We brief the driver on Pitru Paksha protocols. Available year-round; Pitru Paksha (September) is most spiritually significant.

Absolutely. Every tour itinerary on our website is a template. Common customizations: add/remove cities, change vehicle, switch hotels, add a music recital or yoga class, skip darshan and focus on photography. WhatsApp the changes and we'll redraw the plan and quote.

Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport (IATA: VNS) is 25 km northwest of central Varanasi, near Babatpur. Drive time is 40–60 minutes depending on traffic. We operate 24×7 pickup and drop with flight tracking included.

Yes — the driver waits at the arrival gate with a printed placard showing your name. 45 minutes of free waiting after flight landing. If your flight is delayed, we automatically push the pickup time. Beyond 45 minutes, waiting is charged at ₹150 per 30 minutes.

Yes — our office is 800 m from Varanasi Junction (Cantt). Station pickup is included free for trips originating from our office. For direct station pickup-and-drop within city, fares start at ₹400 (Swift Dzire) — same rate as airport pickup.

All drivers are fluent in Hindi and conversational English. For Sri Lankan, Thai, Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese groups we arrange a multilingual local guide at Bodhgaya, Sarnath, and Lumbini (₹2,500–₹4,000/day extra). Bengali and Marathi-speaking drivers are available for Kashi pilgrim families on request.

Yes. Our drivers are Varanasi residents with average 6+ years of tenure. They know Kashi Vishwanath security check protocol, Ram Mandir mobile-deposit and Sugam darshan booking, the back-routes that avoid Dashashwamedh's traffic, and senior-friendly boat operators at the ghats. They handle wheelchairs and walking sticks without prompting.

Yes. All drivers are background-vetted and trained on respectful behaviour. We share live trip-tracking with family members on request. Female-friendly driver preference can be specified at booking. For Bodhgaya, Lumbini, and Buddhist circuit trips with female groups, we route through the international monastic zone — well-lit, monitored, very international.

Driver is always included — never offered as self-drive. The driver handles route, fuel, breakdowns, and 24×7 communication. Driver allowance (₹350–₹500/day for multi-day trips) is in addition to the per-km rate.

Our drivers know practical temple logistics. For art history, architecture, or ritual deep-dives (Khajuraho sculpture, Mahabodhi iconography, Vrindavan lila tradition), we recommend pairing with a qualified local guide. We can arrange them for ₹2,500–₹4,500 per day depending on language and specialization.

Yes. Innova Crysta and Maharaja Urbania have low-step access and are the most senior-friendly. Drivers help with wheelchairs at temple gates, identify low-step boat options at the ghats, and avoid steep climbs at Manikarnika. Mention 'senior friendly' at booking and we'll route a vetted driver.

Yes — we've operated multi-day pilgrim circuits with children as young as 6. Tempo Traveller (12 or 17-seater) is the most kid-friendly. Carry snacks for kids; we recommend the 10-day Complete Pilgrimage version (the 14-day can be tiring for younger children).
